I personally don't love Sanchez as a starter long term, but I have to admit he has games where he is Drew Brees like in his decision making.
I don't know if it is a function of the play calling and OL, or Sanchez himself. What I don't like about him is his arm. I am not sure I would want that arm on a cold weather team.
As to Chad P, he didn't do to well against Ryan's blitzes in the playoffs. Chad P did good things for us, but in the first 3 games last year he seriously limited our offense.
You know what I want to know? Does Chad H have the ability to call audibles? I was thinking about it last night and I can't remember him calling one. It looks to me like his only option on blitzes is to throw the hot routes.
In terms of long term potential, there is no one on the list. You can say that Sage never got a fair shot, but he's bounced around enough to question that. And I am no Fiedler lover (and would NOT rather have him) but you guys who hate him need to give him his due. That Norv Turner year he looked pretty good until the thumb injury. That derailed his Miami career. He was never the same. In fact, I think it was the same Denver game that turned Chambers into a mouse in the middle of the field.
