Not healthy.

The former second-round pick of the Indianapolis Colts hit the open market in March after ending last season on injured reserve with a knee injury. Angerer has struggled with concussions and a nagging foot issue, too, but the Falcons are desperate after losing Sean Weatherspoon for the year with a torn Achilles.
 
Looks like the Eagles are keeping Matt barkley

Quarterback G.J. Kinne had a good preseason for the Eagles, but there simply wasn’t a place to put him on the 53-man roster.

Kinne was among the first players cut in Philadelphia, according to Reuben Frank of CSNPhilly.com.

Linebacker Pat Angerer’s once-promising NFL career could be over after he was released by the Falcons on Friday, D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

He was in the first round of cuts made by the team, which also released linebacker Yawin Smallwood and fullback Maurice Hagens.

The Falcons were at 75 players after completed the exhibition season with a 2-2 record and have to reach the league-mandated 53-man roster by 4 p.m. on Saturday.

The Falcons selected Smallwood in the seventh-round (253 overall) of the draft.

Hagens was an undrafted rookie from Miami. He played in all 13 games, making five starts for the Hurricans. He also played on special teams.

Cowboys just released WR Jamar Newsome who finished the preseason with 8 catches for 115 yards and a TD. He'll catch on elsewhere.

Green ellis would give you some goalline ability...although you'd probably prefer to have youth over him...I want to see what gets cut from Detroit at tight end and rb

Former #Bengals RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis was due $2.3M this year, which proved too much considering the youth there. $700K in dead money.

Faced backup Ds, but Henry Josey went 34-225 on the ground (6.6 YPC) this preseason with 3 catches for 39 yards & TD. Ran 4.43 at Combine.

Josey's comeback from major knee surgery has been impressive. No question. Could be claimed off waivers on Sunday.
