NFL.Com QB Rankings: Moore, Henne Worst In League

Typical of the national media to rip the Fins any chance they get. Moore finished ranked like 16th overall but hey drop him to 32? Makes no sense.

YES!!!! It's a media Conspiracy against us!!!!!!!!!!

/facepalm

The homers may not like the ranking of Moore, but now you know what most NFL people think of our QB situation.

Philbin wants to build through the draft. Let's hope Ireland knows a good QB - he's yet to prove it.

The guy who wrote this article isn't "NFL people". It's just a ****ing guy.

I know, right. It's baffling how the national media will say bad things about us when we more bad and then say good things about us when we're good.

I can't explain it.

Getting off your Dolphins suck platform for a second, what about every other QB who had "no pressure to win b/c wins aren't important in the NFL" that was "ranked" above him? Do you agree with Moore being the 2nd worst QB in the NFL?

I don't have a "dolphins suck" platform, I don't run around telling you guys how bad everyone is associated w/ the dolphins. I speak the truth, I deal in reality. When you warrant praise I give it to you, when you don't I will bash.

I said 31 may be a little harsh but he's in that neighborhood, I don't agree w/ this list but I have no problem where he ranked the AFC East QBs based on last year and what to expect this year.

Anyone who has watched Moore through his career can tell you he's not a full time starter in this league, he's a very good backup who can fill in when he has to but he's not a guy who you go into a season w/ hima s your #1 unlss you have a young QB you are developing who you don't feel is ready to play yet.

At least your starting to talk sence now................

You are saying that he is average and that he is #30 in the same post. Makes zero since. The definition of average would put him at around 16.

16 is not average for a starting Quarterback.

And I said "Barely"

that means he is not average yet.

While I completely agree with #32, I was surprised to see Moore at 31. I'm not his biggest fan, but I don't think he's horrible. Anyone else think our QB situation is this dire?

The guy thinks Eli is better than Brady, Brees, and Rodgers. He's got two college QBs who have never played a down in the NFL ranked at #16 and #21. I think that the first is a big stretch since Eli has performed at an elite level only once in his entire career, and that was this past season. The second totally discredits the guy.

If there are 32 teams then how is 16 not average?.....32/2=16......and by you saying barely average that means that he is average, but barley thus still falling in the average category. Not trying to jerk you around or anything. Just sayin. Plus I don't believe you really think he is #30. Not even Moore's biggest haters think he is is that bad, and they shouldn't because he's not

There are numerous QBs in the league worse than Moore, and several of them are starters. I'd put Moore in the same category as Ryan Fitzpatrick and Colt McCoy, guys who are decent QBs on less than talented teams who get dissed no matter what because they weren't high draft picks and because their teams aren't winners. IMO, if their teams start winning, they'll suddenly become "better", especially in the eyes of cretins like the guy who made this list whether their play significantly improves or not.

I suspect that of the 2011 rookie QBs on this guy's list -- all listed higher than Moore -- all but 1 or 2 of them will be considered busts by year 4 of their careers. I have no idea who they might be, but on average, there's 1 good/very good/elite QB in a draft class and maybe 1 other guy who's decent.

They get "dissed" b/c they don't help their teams win, each had talented teams around them last year. Moore needed to wait untilt he tam was 0-6 to start playing ok, Fitz started off well but when the presssure to win came he folded. neither guy has ever played in or won a big game in this league. They are serviceable guys while still looking for QBs of the future but you aren't winning anything w/ Fitz/Moore types.

You speak in your opinion which isn't always reality. Saying Moore had no pressure to win isn't reality. Every QB in the league has pressure to win otherwise their job would be in jeopardy.

The average between 1 and 32 is 16.

Everyone has their own internal pressure but Moore had zero outside pressure to win just like '09 in Carolina where he was "great" then he started week 1 w/ pressure to win and he flooped in 2010 just like he will if he is Miami's opening day starter this year.
