Nick Sabans Attitude

Yeah, and Weiss sucked before he had Brady, as well.

I don't know man. His Jets offenses were really good (he served double-duty as WRs coach and OC). They were one of the best in franchise history his second season.

As a positional coach, he was very good. As TE coach he turned Ben Coates into a record-breaking All-Pro. As RBs coach, he helped Curtis Martin reach Rookie of the Year honors. As WRs coach, he helped Terry Glenn set the rookie receiving record.

Brady is a special player. But the year he stepped in for Bledsoe, Weis had to step in as QB coach in training camp after the QB coach died in August.

You didnt ask me, but I'll chime in anyway.
I think there will be enough carryover to keep the Pats competitive this year. Players and position coaches arent going to forget the schemes and techniques overnight. However, with another year of defections and new replacements, I think NE will really start to struggle in '06.

And yes, Saban was Clevelands DC in '94 when they went 11-5. Cleveland allowed the fewest points in the league that year. Saban resigned in '95 to take the HC job at Mich. State and without him the Browns posted a 5-11 record. Belichek was fired at the conclusion of that season.

For sure, I don't think the Pats are going to be bottom feeders or anything like that, they still have talent But I to think, as most Pats fans do, that they won't be hurt by it is stupid. Everyone knows that, along with being a talented, versatile bunch, they have great schemes. I don't think you'll see the dropoff on the D as much as the O.

But with Belichick having to do more work of the ) (they haven't got an OC, correct?) the D is bound to lose a little too.

Its great how Pats fans think they'll be the best team in the league forever, its gonna be sweet ripping on them when they suck again.

Rare is the day when bills and phins fans agree :)

Personally I cant wait for the jets to blow again; im stuck around way to many of their fans in NYC

I think it will be Bills and Dolphins on top in a few years just wait and see.

You a'int the only one who thinks that.

A lot of people know that the jets and pats are on the down side while the Fins and bills are going to be really good, and probably challenge for the title in the near future.

I think what they are saying is, will the players by into his attitude if it dosen't translate to victories?

I don't think any player would listen to a "it's my way or the highway" kinda coach if there a losing team.

by the way, anyone who missed the opening of playbook last week(which featured nick saban at traing camp coaching the players) can go to www.nfl.com and scroll down, pick the dolphins as your featured team, and they will display an icon that allows you to watch the broadcast.

I'm a little concerned by Saban's swearing, especially the F-word, but I think he'll see the error of his ways.
