There are some bright spots on this team, but there are some serious weaknesses to correct. Problem is Pats have 4 picks in top-60 next year, and the Jets have a great young core.

Will need a coach who can out scheme the opposition and play smart to have a chance. The current group of coaches doesn't like the ones. Not head guy in particular, but the whole group. Big expectations for this year, and the past two weeks have shown us how far away we are.
