I'm going A-Rod in the AL (esentially its a contract year for him since he can opt out at seasons end. He will bounce back)

AL - Its tough i have a tie between Arod and Ortiz
NL - Albert Pujols, i think Howard's numbers will decline, although i really like David Wright this year, but i think Beltran, Reyes, Delgado will steal votes from him

Maybe his SBs and RBIs go down a tad, but his Runs should go u and maybe even his BA since he will see a ton of pitches to hit.
