Omar tries to start **** with Dolphins players, loses badly

come on sons of shula, did you watch the 84 team? they were excellent...flawed sure but that offense up to that point was the best the nfl had ever seen. dan doesnt want to wear his ring and i can see his point but that team was still excellent. its just the way it always plays out for miami, they played an all time great, great team in the super bowl. we were 16-3 that year and they could have easily been undefeated going into that super bowl!

No names like AJ Francis and the hideous female freak Miko talk to him on twitter. The rest are a bunch of homers that don't know a foot ball from a golf ball

I watched and agree with Marino. Every season is a failure in essence if it doesn't conclude in hoisting the Lombardi. Regardless, I am still a die-hard fan with a positive outlook every season despite the past years outcome without being a cynical and critical bastard.

i bet everyone of you read his sh*t too....absolutely hilarious .this site is a bunch of old or young obsessed fans who cant or wont accept that the team they cherish and love is an absolute joke. im as a big a dolphin fan as anyone, but i came to the conclusion that rooting for this team is a lost cause...but i still go nuts when they lose or draft a dion jordan. i still hold on to hope that they win a super bowl in my lifetime. going on 33 years and theyre no closer now than they were 30 years ago or 15 years ago or 2 years ago. i have the whole 84 season on dvd and that my friends is something to cherish!!!!

You mean the one dimensional tease of a team that was ate alive by the 49ers in the Superbowl?

It will be interesting to see how Starks holds up against the run now that Soliai is gone and our replacement tackles are primarily gap shooting types.

and still he gets 7 pages on a message board once again, listen guys we all know he is an idiot and we all know he thinks he knows football and recognizes good players ("Legedu Naanee has no holes in his game"), but if we never stop talking about this guy, he will always be talked about and even the bad press will generate clicks....just ban him, he will eventually write himself out of the job

Never happen, he's too polarizing. His shtick clearly works. I just don't get why people get soooo angry. I don't particularly care for him, but I like how much he talks dolphins (more than any writer by a wide margin), so I follow him. I ignore the sh*t I don't like and pay attention to the stuff I do. End of story. Why is that so hard for people? That I don't know.

As Omar said "I can say what I want on MY PERSONAL TWITTER ACCOUNT"...and he's right. Deal with it or don't follow him.

i don´t think he can, he is writing for a paper....he should watch his wording more often

That's true... but when the guys who are obsessed with the guys who are obsessed with Omar step in... and the guy who is obsessed with the guys who are obsessed with the guys who are obsessed with Omar jumps in (that would be me)...

...why then I totally lose the thread of the story.

Especially when his personal twitter account has become a big part of the "reporting" he does. Correct me if I'm wrong but training camp tweets are the only real form of reporting we get during the early part of the season.

THANK YOU. This is my sentiment EXACTLY on the topic of Omar. The volume of content he provides is virtually unparalelled by any reporter for any team. If you don't have the mental capacity to sift through it all... Then don't read! If you cant distinguish between what a man writes on his personal twitter account and a newspaper column, there's no help for you. If you think he hates the Dolphins, you are either in complete denial, or you can't read. If all you read about Omar is from here, then provide yourself with some context before you start spouting crap. Now, here come at least 10 comments saying **** Omar, Omar blows, etc. blah, blah, blah. Oh, and you know all of the play by play that we get from OTA's and especially from training camp? You know that's almost ALL from Omar, right? Anyway, enjoy reading all of his updates from here, because I know you will...
