Personally, I'd like to fire them all... Agree or Disagree?

Bring in guys like Dansby, Wilfork, Marshall or Jackson, not guys like Wilford, Wilson, Green, Chrowder etc!

agreed, only thing is crowder was drafted not FA signee. But Marshall or Jackson I would love for us to get.

I can live with Sparano having sort of a sophmore slump, but the OC and DC need togo. This teams holes needs to be filled with solid productive vets, not projects, not bringing in players and playing them out of position. We need a very good free agency period! Biggest problem will be when Bill decides to run and take on another project. Then the Dolphins are in trouble.
 
Nope. I'm fine with Sparano for another year. I think there is reason for alarm with the coordinators though. I think Henning has to go. PP....I'm iffy on. I think he needs more tools in the toolbox. Our ILBs are simply crap, and we need help right up the middle of the field.

We are not a better team than last year.... 2008 stands on its own...11-5, Division Champion, Fewest turnovers in League History. Two horrible games...Arizona (Super Bowl runner up) and Playoff loss to Baltimore (always tough) Weak schedule or not....we won the games!

2009 Dolphins 7-9 a minus 8 on turnovers, too many blown games to mention here on a variety of ways...SIMPLY PUT...WE SUCKED!

2009 the year of mistakes and CHOKING!!!!
 
well they wore the all white uniforms so i say lets rebuild and retool before we fire all the coaches.
here is what i would not mind seeing.


fire Dan Henning , and the special teams coach!!!!!

draft 3 linebackers and a stud defensive end and a good safety .

draft dez , and draft perrish cox for returnsand bring back McMichael because Fasano is missing in action.


we need new color helmets and new uniforms to remove this jinx that some clown put on us.

I used to not believe in spooks but I do now .

Why, if you gave him credit for turning the team around last year, you should also blame him for the team's down fall this year, it have to go both ways.

Same as, if you think our team's down fall this year is due to difficult schedule and injuries and HC should not be blamed, than, last year our success was due to a soft schedule and got lucky with injury....and HC should not be given so much credit.

Again, it goes both ways.

We resigned him, that is what I was talking about.
 
Strongly disagree. Changes will be made to the staff and personnel for the better, but just blowing up a team and starting from scratch would be the worst thing for this franchise right now. Do you want another 2007???
 
I understand the grass is always greener on the other side but with the Jets about to enter salary cap hell and the Pats rebuilding I see us as the team with the best chance of dominating the afc east for the next decade just look at our division record this year. I would like to see our franchise be more than a contender full of high priced free agents and a short shelf life. You don't dominate division play with lousy coaching staff. And I believe our fo built this team to compete in the division first. We don't really have any te's that hurt us in division play. Now we can adjust and improve for the future. If we panic now we will wind up like the Redskins or Raiders. Their grass looks about as green as our 30 yard line in September.
 
I'm all for some tweaking to the coaching staff, but I like Sparano and think he's done a good job.

Some of the position coaches (like WR and LB) could easily be replaced. And I think we could easily make a change at OC. PP... I hated his stuff most of the year, but the last month has proven that the pieces aren't there. Today the D played hard, but weaknesses at ILB really showed.
