He hasn't been playing very well this year either......he fell that far for a reason in the draft. .
As far as this question goes, I am undecided. Baker seems to be playing of his athletic ability right now and is getting by with it. His awareness will be his biggest obstacle. McMillan has improved throughout the year and is basically a rookie at a much harder position to play. He shouldn't be a 3 down linebacker at this point due to his inability to defend against the pass.
Both have there problems right now and need to improve quite a bit in the offseason.
