Ray Farmer is on the war room, he has his views on the football team, hell he's in Mobile as we speak for the Browns, if he couldn't do it Cleveland wouldn't of sent him there.

Lock up Farmer and move forward. don't really trust Gaine (sorry hayden)
 
I don't care which one of those guys gets it. If it's Farmer, Gaine or Hickey, I'm going to support them and hope for the best. I'm just thrilled Jeffy is gone.

Actually I think he's there for the Dolphins. He has been in on the war room for 1 draft. Pretty ****ty draft if you ask me. Reaching for a 3rd round prospect in Mingo.
 
It starts at the top. Until Ross sells the team this team has no chance. You don't do half measures. It does not work. The team finally found a franchise quarterback since Marino, and all that is squandered because Ross wouldn't clean house and do this thing the right way. He should have done it in 2012, and this year. This is why top Head Coach, and GM candidates simply do not want to work for the Miami Dolphins. I can't blame them.
 
Give him a chance he may prove to be a good drafter

to be fair, Abramson isn't really reporting it. His story says according to a CBS report, from Jason La Confora, that these are the finalists. I don't believe Abramson has gotten any other info except from that in the CBS report

Ross will go with whoever Carl Peterson gives a glowing recommendation for. I would bet that will be Farmer
