It was a witch-hunt from the beginning. Everyone knows that New York real estate moguls are honorable, truth telling, principle-centered, good guys that play by the rules due to their loyalty to fairness and transparency.
Many blamed Miami’s 3 game losing streak on injuries to Tua and the secondary, but it was clear to me without Ross there to rally the troops the whole team lost their motivation to win.
Thank goodness we can get back to focusing on winning now that our fearless owner can call, text and email in the open the front office.
I am comforted to know he didn’t lose any money during his suspension. It wouldn’t have been right to impose a financial consequence for improper behavior on someone with his resources. It’s only fair to do that on the less fortunate.
Well played Goodell, you really taught Ross a lesson and set an example to the rest of the owners what might be in store for them if their behavior becomes public.
