Lord knows that is one of Tannehill's major weaknesses . . . you get pressure up the middle, Tannehill is a sitting duck. I have more faith in Russell Wilson finding a way to make plays.
You think he's extremely overrated and very limited, then why so much of hedging your opinion on this one game? . . . . dude has balled for 3 years straight . . . and you still doubt him, that's not him being overrated (overrated now because he's in the Super Bowl and is the QB getting the ratings) . . . hell I'm still waiting for Colin Kaepernick to blow by him like all the experts predicted he would. Sometimes, a guy can just absolutely overcome any shortcomings and mentally play the position better than everybody else on the field and use his athleticism to make plays on the ground. The fact that he can also make big time plays in the air is more the reason to appreciate what he's done the past 3 seasons. Yes, he has a great defense and a great running game, be's he's a great QB in his own right. They all compliment each other very well.
And even if Russell doesn't get it done tonight and doesn't play particularly well . . . he's still a top QB in this league.
People are so defensive about Ryan Tannehill . . . . he needs to create his own legacy, with his own team, and if the team never improves and he never reaches the playoffs, that shouldn't discredit the job Russell Wilson has done.
Three years in, Russell Wilson is the better QB . . . I don't know why people want to thumbs down that notion
