I don't really get it, what is the debate here? Factually, it is correct to say that Ryan Tannehill had the highest passer rating of any NFL quarterback in 2016 on plays that started inside the opposing team's 20 yard line.

Ryan Tannehill looked great last year before he got injured. I, along with many Dolfans, wanted to see him "will" us to the playoffs last year when it mattered most. Matt Moore did that in RT's absence. I have no doubt Tannehill would have done the same thing. We have a good QB. Let's protect him and go win a Super Bowl or 2 while he's young.
