Schefter: Dolphins harassment stretches all the way up to management

Incognito was a known troublemaker before the Dolphins signed him. You would have thought they would have been watching him like a hawk. From now own I hope if a player has any where near the reputation of Incognito, they steer clear of them.

Is it managements job to hand hold everyone and make sure their wittle feelings aren't getting hurt? I think it's Martins job to alert the team that he is having a significant issue with a teammate. No it's not but as a fan I would think someone in coaching would want the new starting LT to be in OTA to get work and to be evaluated to see if he can handle the job....how could you not call this guy up to find out why he is missing valuable learning time.....hopefully they did this and Martin just lied about the reason.....the mess of the OL is starting to make sense now....the FO just penciled guys into the starting line up and went with it.....

he has a history of being wrong. lets not forget he falsely accused incognito of punching a bouncer. he didn't even read the police report which directly contradicted his report. adam is wrong almost half the time. I wouldn't believe what he said so fast a little naive if you ask me
 
The NFL and the Dolphins have confirmed they have the VM's so Schedfter isnt wrong about that. The only thing he could be wrong about is what is on the VM's since the NFL/Dolphins havent confirmed what is on them.

I'm not debating the voice mails. he claims management was involved in some way. thats the part I don't buy. philbin claims he never knew of any threats. martin and Incognito seemed to be buddy buddy throughout the offseason. so how would dolphins management know if they are playing buddy buddy? Martin's story doesnt add up. can anybody prove he told philbin in OTAs like has been speculated? it doesn't add up is all I'm saying

Ross should save face, admit he's way in over his head, and sell the team.

The other owner's must be having a delightful time poking fun at him. Can't get Super Bowls, you buy your own tickets, and your team is run by fools?
 
Those are all questions being investigated and it will all come out in the investigation.

it was an exaggeration, but he is wrong plentiful. dudd has a serious agenda against incognito and now its stretching to miami as a whole. I already proved he was wrong before about incognito. my point is dont believe everything in the news. espn jumps to conclusions before knowing everything

And regardless, what Philbin saw was enough for him to evaluate Richie is no longer a part of his team. I would agree.
