Honestly, I am glad to see Ross so mad at the product on the field lately. I dont think even he knows what he wants to do.

My gut tells me that if we lay an egg again today everyone is gone. There are a lot of jobs on the line today and that is why all of our starters are playing.

If it was not working at all, then the team would consistently post under 6 win seasons. We struggle to improve, but it is not completely broken. At this point I do not care if Gase and RT go, but cap management and talent acquisition are the most significant problems.
