Who, if anyone, should be fired?

Mu opinion here, for what is worth is that the result of tonight's game will make this decision go a long way.
- If they win handily, it'll prove that they have talent and right now, the players have their coaches back, so it would help Philbin alot and Ireland a little
- If they squeak by a win, then Philbin is ok because the players showed up.
- If they loose in a close one, it's hard to say.
- If they don't look focused and get blown out by the Bucs, I see the 'investigation' kick into high gear and both getting canned this week

I think Ireland is in real trouble in any of the cases... A win could help Philbin out though... although a new GM will want a new coach most probably, especially one that would like to turn the page on this whole incident and start a new under his own regime...

Both -- forget about about the Martin/Incognito incident, I am tired of continuing to see mediocrity year after year after year. This is a mediocre football team -- nothing more, nothing less.

Then you should be wanting the team to get a real QB, not change coaches.

Honestly, after this latest black eye, I just don't see how We can stay with these guys even if we make the playoffs. Ireland's poor draft classes speak for themselves, and would be why I'd see him gone. There is the perception of weakness now in Philbin. It's not like he instill th image of General leading his troops by any means.

There seems to be a cloud over this team that just won't go away. Nothing less than a clean sweep will remove it IMO.

Same coaches will keep this QB. They've roped their wagons to him.

New coach/gm= new qb.

Ireland for the following:

6. Being a pompous arse (with no accomplishments to back it up).
7. Red hair
8.

Ireland should be assessed from a football perspective. His job should be in jeopardy. Philbin looks to be doing a decent job. If the players finish the year strong, I say keep him.

Where are the threads I read earlier today saying Philbin is the best thing since french toast and Tannehill is better than Andrew Luck?

Was going to vote Ireland only, but if that's the case, a new GM will want to bring in their own guy, so I voted Ireland and Philbin.

Philbin has not shown me to be a real difference maker anyway. And Ireland's gaffes have been so embarassing and set the franchise back light years.
