So how does it work now w/ Ireland? Does he get another 4 yr term like the President?

Never heard of that before. All I've heard is Ireland wasn't going to give Orton any kind of starters money, which is why he didn't get traded to the Dolphins.

I'm not ignoring anything. Again, it's the Parcell's ppl who are ignoring all kinds of things.

I literally have it as a sig. Miami Herald, Adam Shefter, multiple others confirmed it was Ross that killed the trade. So yeah...sure...not ignoring anything at all, huh?

Let me understand this, because I missed it in your sig I'm ignoring it? lol

I still don't believe it, it's contrary to what I've read and heard on ESPN and NFL Network.

So, to use your words, let me understand this: the proof is literally in front of your eyes whenever you hit the "reply" button, the proof is on the websites you yourself admit to reading, the proof is a google search away....

And you still dont believe it. Heres espn's Adam Shefter, one of the more reliable reporters when it comes to inside information:

But the Dolphins look doomed, not unlike a trade the team nearly completed this summer. Just when the Dolphins were about to trade a fourth-round pick to the Broncos for quarterback Kyle Orton in August, Dolphins owner Stephen Ross declined to pay the three-year, $27 million extension that the quarterback and Miami already had agreed to, league sources said. When Ross declined to pay Orton, the deal blew up. Now Miami's season almost has.

Not sure hows thats "contrary" to what you read. Perhaps your not ignoring it, perhaps its simply denial.

'
Was widely reported that Ross stepped in and stopped the trade for orton

I don't think it, I know it. Pat White being the 100% proof of that. The Tuna picked Pat White, which is the main reason the Tuna was pushed out over Ireland. If Pat White was Ireland's pick, he'd be gone, not the Tuna.

You all can keep ignoring the obvious, it's kind of funny to me.

Well since you say Ireland was the glorified scout do you think maybe it was Ireland that pushed Parcells to White since he did all the homework. We will never know and i have not heard one source say Ireland did not like the White pick so we will never know

Possibly, but seeing as how the Tuna was shown the door, it leads me to think Ireland didn't agree with the Pat White draft pick. If they both agreed with that pick, I have ZERO doubt they'd both be gone.

lol you are a joke dude. I never implied it was not reported!

I simply typed I don't think it's true. If it is true, that is simply a horrible thing, and thankfully Ross stepped in. When I read the name of the source, I'll believe it. It's hard for me to believe Ireland wanted Orton for that type of money and Ross kept him around after what took place last year. Why wouldn't he get rid if Ireland at that point if he showed himself to be that inept. Sorry, a little common sense goes a long way.

I'm not blinded by this HATRED for Ireland. To me, it would be ignorant to think Ireland was in total control when the Tuna was here, that's my point. You want to nit pick little BS things, have it. lol

when did we show tuna the door lol and i doubt the white pick would have that much impact. Tuna showed himself the door and stole millions as he did it

No way no how, sorry. That's is the biggest lie anyone has ever told to the media and then they bought it. They showed him the door.

Even at this point, you still refuse to believe. Yup, denial has set in hard for you.

Please show me proof of that lol This is what Parcells has always done , come in get paid and leave in a few years, you are really just spraying crap on the wall lol.

The broncos were 9-8 when they played them in the playoffs. Thats two wins and at the most important games of the year. I will take that and a SB trip any day of the week.
Im talking bout regular season records. Pats took advantage of their easy schedule as we need to do this year

Why provide proof when you can just shoot down everyone elses argument, no matter how much evidence they have, with the ultimate discussion technique of "nu-uh!!!!!".

I gave you my argument. Bringing up Orton, means ****. However even if the trade was made, we have no idea how Orton would have played here. I don't think it would have changed anything, we prob would have ended up with a worse record, and Moore may not have seen the field as soon as he did.
