So..Ronnie got hurt huh?

It would be more accurate to insert total carries, and total carries by other RB's on the two teams... who was Caddy splitting carries with again?

wow...who cares? We all know Caddie is going to get ROTY. It's one year into both of their careers and they are both doing very good. Why does everyone always have to get into an argument about it?

I wasn't happy to hear that, but I find it interesting that when Carnell got hurt, it was because he was 'overused' and fragile, but obviously not so with Ronnie.

Truth is, they both got hurt for the same reason......s**t happens.

But for those of you keeping score at home:
RB-Ronnie Brown, #2 overall pick- 886 yards rushing in 14 games
RB-Carnell Williams, #5 overall pick- 1097 yards rushing in 13 games

And there were at 2 games in the middle of the season, where Carnell had to be pulled after the first quarter, that still count as games played. The bulk of those yards came in 11 games.

:D Just sayin'

Cadillac  Williams: 268 carries, 4.1 YPC

Ronnie Brown: 199 carries, 4.5 YPC

Oh, and let's not forget the receptions and yards.

:D Just saying

I'd just like to go on the record and say that I am better than both Ronnie and Caddy ;)

If Carnell Williams was sharing the ball with Ricky Williams, his stats would be what they are now.

Hasn't this topic already been covered?

Whatever, Ronnie is still more productive every time he touches the ball versus Cadilac, I would not even think about trading Ronnie for Cadilac.

If Gruden keeps running a smallish scat back 31 times a game he will have a Cadilac that won't last long enough to even be under consideration for having had a great career.

Hey, can I help it if the Bucs actually drafted a guy in the first round with the intention of USING him?

And BTW I added it up. Ronnie has 1105 Total yards, Caddy has 1178. FYI.

Point? He also has over two FULL games worth of touches than Ronnie. Ronnie would probably have to play 4 more games (seeing as he's splitting carries with a PRO BOWL running back and getting maybe 14 touches a game) in order to get up to the carries Carnell has. If you feel like going back and seeing what their stats were when they had identical carries or just around there than be my guest.

AGAIN, on how many touches? If Ronnie had as many touches as "Caddy" then it wouldn't be close. Ronnie would have ran away from your boy and left him in the dust. No sense spreading your envy for us here. Go tell your friends on the Bucs board how much better Finheaven is and how much better Ronnie is. We all know you'd like to have both.

Nice try!

Well, I'll tell you this board is a lot more fun to read. The Bucs board has WAY too many restrictions. But as for Ronnie envy? Everytime Caddy sees the play is getting blown up where it's designed to go, cuts back against the grain, uses his superior vision to find a lane and turns a 3 yard loss into a game saving 24 yard TD, I thank the Fins and Bears for passing on him.
