I honestly didn't expect Ricky to have any trouble getting back up to his playing weight before he played in his first game in week 6. I didn't even consider it an issue. like him or not, I I don't, he's well rested and will probably be in great shape. He WILL be an asset to the team. I guarentee it.
That's exactly it.... it's called "muscle memory". I knew it wasn't going to take him long to get it back. I figured 3 or 4 months of working out and eating right would get him back around 225 but like someone else has already pointed out.. he has professionals looking over his diet and workout regiments.
Well... I'm about to go to my fantasy football draft. I traded up to pick #5 in the first round (Dynasty League--draft rookies only). It looks like I'm going to miss out on Cedric Benson and Carnell Williams but both Ronnie Brown and J.J. Arrington should be there at #5. I'll probably go with Arrington since our league scoring system is based on yardage for RB's, WR's, & TE's.
