Never say die
A Porpoise Driven Life....
Tucker,
You don't know what you're talkin' bout bud. First of all I said, "40-60 grams of protein or more based based on his activity" Note the "or more" part of that sentence, that would include your "200 grams" non-sense. If you ask any nutritionist worth a dirt, they will tell you that the body would have an extremely difficult time utilizing that much protein for building muscle, the bulk of it would end up being flushed -literally.
If you're having a hard time understanding that the bulk of the weight gain from steroids is from water... then ask ANYBODY who has done them. Have you ever seen a "roid head" whose face is puffy as a balloon? Do you think he's added facial mucle bulk? Don't be stupid, of course it's primarily water. Why do you think they lose weight after the cycle is complete?
Or is your problem with my "2nd paragraph" the part about muscle with a higher water content being more susceptible to tears? Just do a little research, before you rip into something half-****ed.
Run a poll right here and ask about the water gain from roids, how long it lasts and if one is more vulnerable to tears and strains in a contact sport while on 'roids? I ain't making this $hit up!
