I dont recall ever hearing miami was considering going with jesse davis over james at right tackle. Nor seeing any evidence of the such on the field.

During the period right before his extension, you never heard ANY rumblings about letting him go/average/Jesse Davis did a great job?

I heard a few rumblings on this board, and it was definitely a hot button topic on other Dolphins social media...namely Twitter.

Doesn't seem anything akin to Jame's personality though the comments about Gase were fairly accurate. This was just not a fun team under Gase's tenure. Started slow, often most penalized and didn't win enough big games. I knew 0-3 down the stretch again would be Gases demise. Now what?
