When a reporter asked about his non batted INT, he said "the defender just made a good play. The ball was where it was supposed to be." Not the answer I was looking for. It was terrible placement, just a horrible pass in general, he should've just admitted that.

Nanee didn't continue his route and when the defender jumped it, Nanee failed to fight him for the ball to break up the INT. Bad throw? Maybe, but not a terrible one. It definitely is at least a large part Nanee's fault. On a side note, I continue to be perplexed in what the staff sees in Nanee.

The line of scrimmage blocks were a problem at A&M, here in the preseason, and now in the regular season. Gotta blame Tannehill for those IMHO. I'm certain it is correctable, but until it gets corrected, it's going to be a recurring problem.

Still, Tannehill showed poise, accuracy, and an unbroken spirit. Lot of good points upon which to build.
