You say Ross didn't ask Ireland to get Jordon based on coaches consensus, and I said he did. You think Ireland dissented and made a high risk move on his own, and should be the one held accountable should Jordan fail. I disagreed. Its very clear that Ross, the coaching staff, and scouting department ALL wanted Jordan, and Ireland executed the pick based on who they wanted. This wasnt some rouge GM forcing Jordan onto a team.
