Really strange hire out of left field. Hadn't heard his name come up with them at all let alone any other team as a serious contender.

I think it's between us and the Jets for Richard, and I think the Jets want an offensive coach for Darnold.

Tennessee hasn’t exactly had the best offense these last few years.

Right but the college coach they are looking at is still an offensive mind. The only defensive minded coach they are looking at is Richard.

I think if Richard is our guy, the team we'll be competing with the most is the Cowboys who would want to keep him. Jerry Jones will throw money or benefits his way or something lol.

    That’s a pretty shocking hire.

I thought Gase was going there to follow Philbin. Offensive genius QB whisperer that he is I'm sure Rodgers wanted him.

The year before the Packers hired McCarthy he was the offensive coordinator of the 49ers who had the 30th ranked offense. They go by the beat of their own drum in Green Bay.

well if its between the Jets and Dolphins, and Richard chooses Jets, he's not real bright lol.

For one: You'd rather live in Miami....or New York. Two, Florida has the no income tax thing. Not sure about New York.

Then....Jets? Dolphins? I mean easy pick
