T-Mac will be playing. He has a broken nose, but he is wearing a mask for it. It's a good thing that he is playing because we haven't won a game without him this season.
Good to hear. Hopefully Wade is able to go and we can have 2 superstars go at it

At best they are the 6th best ...At BEST.

How do you figure?

WHO are you putting ahead of the Heat?

I can make arguements for Detroit, San Antonio, Phoenix, Dallas....

What other team are you putting ahead of them?

and BTW...At "BEST" THEY ARE the 3rd Best team...sorry.....but they are...

In the East...they are the clear cut 2nd best team.....

the heat will be lucky to get passed the 2nd of the playoffs with this type of play

Actually....they can sleep walk their way to the ECF's.....No other Eastern Conference team can beat them in a 7 game series....

Now...as for Detroit...as it stands now...they can put up a little fight...but the way they are playing now...they would get smashed in 6 games easy.

Shaq has made 10-straight FREE THROWS [11/12 total]

Good game boys. I pretty much knew that we wasn't gonna win because we only won four games at home this season. We kept it close with T-Mac leading the way once again. Yao should be back in the next game and I can't wait for that. We should be able to start winning some games now. And what was your thoughts on Chuck Hayes play?

I hate when this happens....

I had to go out and do something and missed the game....

Did we look sluggish and eek out a win...or did we control the game and ended up with a 6 point win?

Saw that T-Mac went off and Shaq dominated.

I really like the Rockets at FULL strength...but this rockets team is an even bigger mess than the Heat with the injuries...they make the heat look Healthy.

skip had a nice game - his highest scoring game of the season - i liked him on our team - watching shaq start off 11/12 at the free throw line was worth the whole game... :dday:

T-Mac has been going off alot lately. I'm glad that someone else agrees with me that we aren't as bad as we look. The problem that we are facing this season is that we can't keep our key players healthy. Yao has missed like 20 games in a row and T-mac has missed off and on. I think that once Yao comes back and we can get a rhythm going, we will start being a good team again. It might be too late in the season for that though.

Posey did a good job on McGrady. T-Mac went 13/37. And many of the shots he hit were just great shots over good defense.

Somewhat surprisingly, they're only 6 games out of a playoff spot, but they've got to vault 7 teams to get there, including Golden State and Utah, both of whom are much better than their records suggest, and Sacramento, which just imported Ron Artest, which, for better or worse, will definitely change things on a team that badly needed it. So it probably is too late in the season to do much.

Realistically, the Rockets should sell off Juwan Howard and Rafer Alston while they've still got some value, and get some picks or prospects. Maybe even Mutombo if they could get value. Howard would have a lot of value to a team needing a swing forward as a 6th man. (Miami, for example, would be infinitely better off with him than 'Toine.) They need a real point guard (of course, so does half the NBA) and a shot-blocking, glass cleaning power forward with some toughness and sharp elbows; Ben Wallace would be a perfect fit at the 4 for them, but he's not going anywhere. Slowmile Swift has been an injury-prone bust so far.

Actually NO....or...HELL NO....

The beef, Heat fans have with Toine is his inconsistency....but when he ios right...he is right....and if you look at his numbers...they are pretty good...and on par with what he has done in his career.....remember that he is playing significantly less minutes....

You can have whatever beef you want with 'Toine. Mine centers around the fact that he's a chucker to the core, passes the ball only when the spirit moves him, and hasn't played defense since the Clinton Administration. I believe the Heat need someone more deferential to Flash and The Big Whatever. Howard's more than content to settle for the occasional open jumper and garbage putback, and is typically at least a willing defender, if not a spectacular one.
