Miami played very solid D for 48 minutes against Detroit. The vast majority of Detroits points came from outside shooting (which was incredibly good). 33 of theirs points came from 3 pt land. We got out scored 33-3 from 3 pt in this game. And they were shooting lights out with a hand in the shooters face most of the game. That's what makes Detroit so tough. Every starter can shoot it from any spot, and shoot it well, aside from Big Ben who is their defensive enforcer. Along with their great shooting abilty comes speed and quickness, amazing chemistry and unselfish play. We played the best D that you could hope to play against this team. They still pretty well shot lights out but you really can't look at the score in this game to suggest we didn't play well on D.
(Doh! Sec126 already basicly covered my whole post, way to beat me to it)
PS I hope the Magicians are ready to go *poof* at the hands of another Miami Heat torching tonight. :D
