Adios Mike, Adam, Matt, Ryan and a lot of other people not worth mentioning. Maybe keep Chris Grier but demote him to head scout while also improving the entire scouting staff.
 
At this point I'm TIRED of hoping for some kind of "intervention" that elevates this franchise

back to the ground of (at least) "respectability. " Seriously, the Dolphins fan base has

endured an endless sting of jack offs and douche bags -- from top to bottom.

Sadly. That's our "truth."
 
Unless we do a lot better in replacing coaches than we have in the past, what does it matter?

I love these circulating pictures. They say it all.

Marino looks like he's in the process of squeezing out a painful fart.

Ross looks like he doesn't want to smell more farts even though he knows they're coming.
