Tua time!
Op talks about and makes threads about many more things than tua. Y’all need to get off this poor me shtick.
EXACTLY WHAT I SAID..What he likes and what he gets off on his “I’m so much smarter than you” posts were he starts off acting neutral but anyone with half and brain and even Stevie Wonder can see where he is going with it.
Frankly it’s tiring and it’s insulting but the usual suspects fall for it, show up saying Tua sucks, OP then gleefully joins in and we have yet another 30 page Tua thread over a single pass that while still completed wasn’t perfect.
I’m pretty tired of his schtick now. He really needs to seek help for his Tua Derangement Syndrome, I’m not sure if he’s another one that Tua kicked sand into his eyes while he was at the beach.
biggest one off top of my head for me, game winner vs chargers 2 years ago.. inch perfect over the saftys shoulder right into the breadbasket .. was crazy, no other qb in nfl is making that throw
I don’t agree, I think he threw it off his back foot when he felt pressure and if he drove it in there the safety didn’t have time to recover. If you look at the first and 2nd still:I don't have time to read through 18 pages of comments, so if this has been said already, so be it, but to me it looks like Tua put the ball exactly where he wanted it, perfectly between two defenders where only Hill could get it.
Tua's game deserves criticism for many reasons.....this play isn't one of them. Just some 'fan' with a grudge who doesn't understand what he is watching.
Of course, I wouldn't expect a guy saying the play should have given us 7 points instead of 6 to know what he is talking about.
2:15 mark here
30 yard completion outside the numbers (a throw he apparently can’t make according to some) vs the Slay Jr on 3rd and 18. Lead to a key TD few plays later which kept Miami in the game right before until. Some awful calls in the 2nd killed this game but that eagles game was a very good game overall. He had a td called back on the 2nd drive due to an cotton holding I believe and tyreek also had a dropped pass where he would of walked in for another td.

Yes that was complete horseshit, and we still had a shot if Reek catches a perfectly placed pass. Tua played very well that game10 penalties assessed against the Phins, ZERO against the Birds

yeh, like theres tua throwing the ball further then that with little effort.. so i don't think its a case of he cannot throw further, its clear to me right or wrong, he saw the safety coming across so put the ball where he knew hill would get it and not make a risky play.I don't have time to read through 18 pages of comments, so if this has been said already, so be it, but to me it looks like Tua put the ball exactly where he wanted it, perfectly between two defenders where only Hill could get it.

again, you cannot prove if he does or doesnt.. its pure speculation .. neither you or I or tua or hill or anyone in this thread can know what happens if things play out differently.Tua throws some absolute dimes and deserves credit for those throws. The specific throw in the OP however was underthrown and while you can’t call it a bad throw because we gained 30 yards on the play, it was a missed opportunity because a better throw where he plants and drives it in and Reek walks in for the score
Watching the all-22 live I think if he throws it with better technique and drives it in then I don’t think Hamlin had enough time to recover. Dunno why you think that’s complete nonsenseyeh, like theres tua throwing the ball further then that with little effort.. so i don't think its a case of he cannot throw further, its clear to me right or wrong, he saw the safety coming across so put the ball where he knew hill would get it and not make a risky play.
could he have gone further /lead hill for a td, its all speculation, he could of over thrown for an int, hill coulda dropped it, hill coulda tripped over, the safety could of grown a rocket booster in his butthole and flew up in the sky and grabbed it.. its complete nonsense to claim had the ball gone further down field its a td, its just looking to hate on Tua for the sake of hating with no substance behind the claim as to why its a bad throw
If Tyreek continues his route without having to slow down and actually catches the ball then I don’t see any angle Hamlin had to make a play on the ball, he just wouldn’t have been able to get there laterally and I thought the stills would clearly show that but I guess notagain, you cannot prove if he does or doesnt.. its pure speculation .. neither you or I or tua or hill or anyone in this thread can know what happens if things play out differently.
cause helll I have seen hill drop easier passes then this one to squander tds, and again you have no idea if the safety makes it across or not/ what decision he makes if the balls further down field, claiming it is a td for sure is impossible
but how can you say he doesnt have the angle? on first one he does second one he also adjusts like hill to the ball placement. And I never said it was a bad throw, if he was trying to throw it to his back shoulder like that it’s a good throw but the better throw imo was just to lead him and drive it in and he walks in if the play plays out normally…Hamlin just didn’t have the angle
Don’t think you can call any 30 yard completion a bad throw given the result but I felt like TD was clear and open if he drove it in better.
