Todd McShay - "Andrew Luck's best fit would be in MIAMI

A very realistic scenario I see for the Phins is trading away a lot of picks and landing Barkley. Better hope Barkley is the real deal, because he's the 1st round QB we're more likely to get.

i'll take him in a heartbeat...not as proficient in the red zone as luck and i don't see the same head movement and looking off of guys that luck brings to the table but barkley...reminds me of troy aikman

hell yeah...i'll take him

If we lose this game to the Browns I bet the wheels fall off and we probably wouldn't even need to trade any picks for Barkley.

just stay away from that overrated dude landry jones...he screams product of the system to me

better not win more than 3 games though if you plan on getting luck or barkley for that matter...cause teams at the end of the year are gonna tank for these 2 kids...especially the ones with security as head coaches who can lose this year and be fine...like the 9ers the seahawks, the broncos with elway the colts with polian...all those guys arent losing their jobs and they'll all want to be in that top 3 to get one of luck or barkley

the exception might be the colts depending on peytons prognosis...

we better lose a lot or we won't sniff luck or barkley...i don't think that even i can only see 3 wins from us this year...but who knows

I just don't see how we don't win more games than Seattle and Kansas City and I think both those teams would jump at Luck. And if Seattle picks before us they'd probably take Barkley as well.

I could see Seattle winning a few games as the season moves on. Absolutely agree with Kansas City though . . . everybody was trying to show Matt Cassell's numbers to me and I'm like this guy isn't a franchise QB. They would take Andrew Luck and be a force to wreckon with in the AFC for years.

Miami would have to hope Seattle doesn't finish 2nd and then attempt to trade up if they are behind Seattle in the draft. Hell trade up if you are in front of them and don't have the #2 pick. Don't risk it . . . get your franchise guy in this draft, trade up.

Indy is a key team in all of this. I know the likeable situation is that they would take Luck or Barkley in a #1/#2 scenario, but I think they would gladly accept a nice offer to help Peyton Manning win another ring while he slowly continues the downward ride from the peak of his HOF/potential GOAT career.

Said it earlier . . . Wake/Starks/2012 1st/2012 3rd/2013 1st for #1 overall and Jerry Hughes (if Indy has the #1 pick). Draft Andrew Luck and move on.

forgot about kc...them too absolutely...i agree i don't see us losing enough...may be more frustration in our near future

I'm praying somehow the Rams or the Panthers have the wheels totally fall off and then I think we have a trade partner. Especially if we are willing to offer lots of picks, which I would be. Panthers Defense is terrible and I don't think Cam is going to win them 4 games by himself so there is a chance.

thats what we all should hope for...a team that already has a franchise caliber qb ends up with the #1 and #2 picks...although that usually doesn't happen with teams who do have that caliber qb...the panthers d will make them in play i'd say for the top pick or close next year...and yeah we need to go all out in our trade offer...you think its too much add a little more...especially if its luck...but for either get ready to have a lot of competition

better come correct when you make an offer
