The formula needs changed and we may as well start assembling picks. This current experiment is over.

Only question remaining is whether McDaniel and Grier are here for the rebuild.

The last two games have actually made me feel better about McDaniel. He has shown the ability to adjust. The offensive game plans have been very impressive the last two weeks, and the offensive line hasn't been killing itself with mistakes.

What does this mean? Is he worth salvaging? Well, I think that's the biggest question moving forward.

As to trades, Campbell as a veteran who wants a shot at a super bowl, might be the best bet.

It would be difficult, contract-wise, to trade Hill or Ramsey unless it involved a high priced player in return.

Holland has value, but is hurt.

Yes, I agree on McDaniel, but that only concerns his ability as an offensive coordinator, not a head coach. The head coach sets the culture and our culture stinks.
