Tua's Next. Be prepared.

Go 6-11. But I doubt he will set out this year, but next year on the tag who knows. That’s if they can even get down the 42 million to tag him.
Than they will have his replacement next yr also. Mike white might surprise us and win starting job.

This will be Tua’s last year in Miami.
I'm wondering if Ross has his eye on Dak Prescott. It's a tin-foil hat theory but Ross has a wondering eye for QBs and Dak is a free agent next year.

I'm convinced that it's Ross holding up this deal. And I bet he's like 10 million or more off what Tua is asking. Again just my dumbass hunch based of nothing but it's where my gut is leading me.

Tomorrow should be fun... Tua haters will be out in full force, celebrating this for the whole season or until Tua signs. Which I don't think will be anytime soon.

It’s all just fun and games, Tua will get before camp. No need to rush

I’m dubious of these reports because we had NO CLUE a Waddle contract was coming.
Yeah but there is not as much scrutiny, interest or posturing in waddle's contract negotiations like there is with Tua. Apple's and Oranges.

You know, I don't think they even win 5 games.

There's no doubt McDaniel and his scheme is perfect for Tua. But there's no doubt Tua is the perfect QB for the scheme as well.

In some ways, Tua not playing or holding out could be a plus for him. He was playing at an MVP LEVEL for 2 straight seasons. 2 straight playoffs and a top QB stat wise and metrics.

We hear by the misinformed, that this is a QB friendly system and with the weapons any QB can succeed.

Tua taking a year off, IMO, has a strong chance to prove it all wrong. Miami would suffer greatly without him. There is no way they are a top 5 or even 10 offense this year without him.

Watching the Phinz fail, the offense fail will guarantee him a huge deal with Miami or some other team cause there would be no denying who the most important piece to the offensive puzzle is.

So I am all for it. I root for the underappreciated. Quite honestly, this organization would deserve an embarrassing season IMO.

I forget how many games. But he could hold out to a certain point before he doesn't qualify for playing time this year. I guarantee you, after an 0-3 start, Grier and Ross will suddenly see the value of Tua

It is pretty concerning that almost every good QB has gotten a contract without much of a fight from their respective front offices, except Tua and Dak. Sounds like ownership might be the problem in both cases IMO. Lamar was in a similar situation last year, but even he was signed before the NFL draft in April.

The longer this drags on, the worse it will be, and I think it will be a major distraction going into the season.

Why the fruck would he have his eye on a 35 year old, who has won SFA - after all, its all on the qb if the team wins or not. Prescott is very good, no doubt, but he may only have one or 2 years left, whilst Tua has 10 at least.

JeeeZuZ there are some poorly thought out posts here.

Dak will be 31 on July 29th. At least get his age right before you say that.

My error on his age. even so, Tua has more upside. Way more.
And how do you know that for sure? Do you think he would do better than Dak if he was on the Cowboys? I don't because I believe Tua is a system QB. If he isn't in the right offensive system then he will struggle.
