seriously, if he’s not telling his agent he wants both sides to benefit and he’s just allowing his agent to get the most he can for him, I’m gonna lose it lol

Ftr I don’t think that Tua is doing that
What if he did? It's not like the dude signing the checks has been a father figure to him...

Trog (can I call you Trog?), listen. It's not that difficult to understand. You can't say literally not a single metric when there's actually a single metric.
ARTHUR: Old woman!

DENNIS: Man!

ARTHUR: Old Man, sorry. What knight live in that castle over there?

DENNIS: I'm thirty seven.

ARTHUR: What?

DENNIS: I'm thirty seven -- I'm not old!

ARTHUR: Well, I can't just call you `Man'.

DENNIS: Well, you could say `Dennis'.

ARTHUR: Well, I didn't know you were called `Dennis.'

DENNIS: Well, you didn't bother to find out, did you?

ARTHUR: I did say sorry about the `old woman,' but from the behind you looked--

DENNIS: What I object to is you automatically treat me like an inferior!

ARTHUR: Well, I AM king...

DENNIS: Oh king, eh, very nice. An' how'd you get that, eh? By exploitin' the workers -- by 'angin' on to outdated imperialist dogma which perpetuates the economic an' social differences in our society! If there's ever going to be any progress--

Complete BS post, the timetable is completely unknown right now.

Only thing that's for sure is "the Market is the Market" and the Dolphins dont want to pay Tua the "Market Value".

Tuas agent has him playing this perfectly.... Tuas gonna break the bank... or end up getting franchise tagged.

Such a lazy and frankly dumb argument.
Some people just say things to try to support their argument, when in reality it doesn't matter. Let's say Tua had beat a team like Jacksonville or Houston in the first round of the playoffs and then lost to the Chiefs, Ravens or Bills in the 2nd round. Do we really think the people who keep saying Tua isn't this or that because he's 0-1 in the playoffs would change their tune if he were 1-1? Would people who are saying he's not worth the market rate really turn and say pay him $55 million per year because he's 1-1?

If Tua wins a playoff game regardless of opponent, he'll have my total support.

You would have about 10-15 million more per season to lose if you let him play out his current contract.

If Miami ends up Franchising Tua, we might as well start looking for the next QB, because it will not be Tua. Unfortunately.
But you would have no long term money tied up in him. You let him play out his contract and then if you wanted to you franchise tag him. If he performs in the playoffs then you gladly pay him. If he spits the bit yet again you say good bye and move on.

If that's the only thing keeping you from climbing on the wagon, we should make room for you because at some point in his career Tua will win a playoff game.

Trevor Lawrence won a playoff game, but his team was down 28-0 in that game. Not to mention he threw 4 interceptions in that game. If Tua was 1-1 in the playoffs with his one win coming in a game where he threw 4 interceptions, most doubters would still doubt regardless. In fact I think they might be even more anti-Tua than they currently are.

Damn man I couldn't agree more. It really shocks me how ppl here can see our o line and think we are going to be ok. I said the same thing before the start of last year and I was right. Yeah ok we started out nicely but once the injuries happened, we were ****ed. This year is no different. Actually worse since we lost a couple. I just can't believe how ppl see our OL and actually have faith...

Oh Yee "Lemmings" of little faith (except for negativity of course). - LOL

Right, cuz it worked out so well last year ray.. and I actually remember going back and forth with you on this back then too. You had blind faith then and you have blind faith now.

See, that's what I get for "Being Right, again"! - LOL
