During the past year or two has any team contacted the Dolphins to offer their draft pick (s) or player (s) in exchange for Tua?

I’m not seeing how that’s irrelevant nor would we know. Haven’t heard of any teams offering draft picks or players for Herbert/burrow/hurts/ lamar/mahomes etc. they don’t announce those things so any speculation couldn’t be confirmed for any qb…

Probably, yes.

I doubt it.

Probably, yes.

All speculation and Jackson was literally available to every team and not a single team brought him in for even an interview. Hell seemed like the ravens dragged their feet signing him, literally told him to find another team…

Have you played in the NFL? If not, we can stop listening to you. Right?

There are many things I've never done but leaned enough about to discuss in depth. And I've leaned that you can never mute someone until you listen to what they are saying. Just saying.
You are right.

The Archie Bunker and Jimmy the Greek in me got the better of me. I’ll take corrective action. Thanks.

Sometimes. Hard to suppress that side. 🤭

I do find it fascinating how some folks here claim Tua is exceptional at processing the field, by making quick throws and such. Even one poster claimed how his intelligence on the field is one of his strengths! Wow, I'm still taken back by that comment. His quick reaction time doesn't show a high level of mental prowess to me... actually it makes it evident that he's playing automatic and not putting much thought into the play at all!
He's immediately firing based on what he sees pre-snap. Thankfully he's got the best Wr's to accomodate this style of play. They have the speed to create the immediate space.

Best case scenario for the team which is why I support this timeline. Eh but unfortunately it seems like the writing is on the wall and Tua will get this extension. Just hope it's for a bargain because there's not a chance I'd pay him up there with the other top qbs. He's been blessed and benefited with coaching and weapons these past two seasons with McD. Would be wise for him to take what Grier offers and consider himself blessed. Until he proves that he can find success against top defenses aka playoff caliber teams.

Personally I would also need to see him show he's competent at reading defenses. This is the mental part of his game or lack of that concerns me.. He's benefited from spot throwing, which his excellent anticipatory throws were on display, and luckily it's worked for him... not so much towards the end of season as defenses tightened the space on these predictable windows. So the question I would have, is how much longer can the team sustain success with this scheme? McDaniel must get creative and devise something clever but still there will be a point where defenses catch on.

Solution is for Tua to excel beyond his first read and that would require him to be competent at reading the field in real time. I'm not confident with his ability to do this... we'll see if he improves, which I believe it's always possible.. players can continually improve there mental processing each season if they're determined to. Maybe Tua and coaches have brought this to light and he's actively working on this. We shall see...

Good point. Mute me. Thanks.
Younghoe Koo is a South Korean-born American football placekicker for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League. He was named to the Pro Bowl in 2020 after leading the league in scoring that year. He is fourth in the NFL's all-time leader in field goal percentage.

So you can cease the racist nonsense about Mina Kimes. She's only half Korean anyway and was born in the US. So she is as American as you are.

And you can take your advice and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine. Thanks.

If I ever need toilet paper, I’ll ask for you.

I mean I know thee Chiefs would all start laughing... But I would call them once a day like in the movie Shawshank.... never give up ( Yes i know that he wrote letters in shawshank.... you get the point. )

Call em up and offer the farm for Mahomes. Every damned day.

If you are spending all your time doing that when do you realize the 53 men currently on your roster contracts have expired?
