I firmly believe that it isn’t Tua, it’s his agent, who Tua has trusted to negotiate.

I cannot, at this point in time, fault any agent for lobbying to get as much money as is humanly possible.
no bud, I disagree with this on many levels.

Tua should not be instructing his agent to “ get as much money as possible”

**** that, that’s BS, instruct the agent to work with the team and be involved in the negotiation

If he’s taking this stance that you are suggesting then he can **** off, because to me that’s a serious red flag and someone who isn’t thinking the way he should.

I dont think Tua is that person, but if we are playing the what if game and he is that type.. then I would be ready to scrap the table and let him play out his fifth.

Tua for his career has averaged 5.1 yards in the air on average for his passes. Considering that he likes to try to hook up with Hill and Waddle deep several times a game.... That makes for a ton of nothing gimme passes.

Troll that man.
Weird, considering he led the NFL in air yards last year, #1 in YPA the year before that. Good thing for the league he has such a weak arm…

Tua's intended air yards per pass attempt.

2020- 7.7 yards
2021- 7 yards
2022- 9.6 yards
2023- 7.8 yards

OK. Let's stop with the "mean girls" act.

Make the point without making it personal.

There's nothing personal about saying someone is making **** up, especially when backed up with actual facts. If you're going to allow trolls, accept the fact they will be called as such.

Goff and Trevor Lawrence don’t have Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. I agree with the rest of what you said especially about Stephen Ross and his wandering eye.
Might be a very hot take but....

Aman-Ra is assending, while Hill is in his final few years.

LaPorta looks like the next generational HOF Tight-end.

If we were offered Aman-Ra and LaPorta for Hill & Waddle, I'd probably take it. I am REALLY high on LaPorta. He's the type of player that could be at the heart of a Dynasty type roster, reminds me of Gronk and Kelcie. He's ridiculously good.

I am merely responding to the Reports from ESPN and other sites that Tua and the Dolphins were close to a new contract and then Goff and Lawrence got their deals and then Tua and his agent demanded more.

And as I stated posters here typed that Tua has better numbers than Goff. And I showed that is really not true....(I would say they are about the same.)

So it seems to me you are trying to change my argument for me.

Please do not do that.
Do you have a source that said what's in Bold? I've not heard this.

I’ve been a “fence sitter” in regards to Tua for 3 years now, but it’s so weird how often posters on both sides of the aisle just throw out completely incorrect, farcical, made up, etc, stats. I can’t figure out if people are being intentionally obtuse, intellectually dishonest, or are just plain stupid.
The most "on the nose" observation in FinHeaven history.

It should be etched in Bronze on the homepage.

Ridley, Kirk and Engram with Etienne out for the backfield was a good group of targets in 2023

Ridley, Kirk, Engram, Etienne = 305 receptions for 3242 yards
Hill, Waddle, Smyth and Mostert = 251 receptions for 3354 yards

Hill and Waddle combined for 191 receptions, Ridley and engram had 190.
