What is the key to beating Josh Allen and getting past buffalo?

Going to think I'm crazy but I don't think Josh Allen can handle a crowd. Think the no fans in the stands made a difference. He ain't that good.

I mean let’s be honest.... if we just had a guy have that kind of season, we would be pretty pleased. He’s got all kinds of tools to work with
No doubt and Buffalo has done a great job developing him.

Year one, he was 32 out of 32 quarterbacks, consistently missing wide open receivers and running if his first read was covered.

Imagine the posts on Finheaven, after that season, if he were a Dolphin.

Year two showed improvement and now Allen is top 10. Getting Diggs in the trade with Minnesota was huge too, meaning his first option was consistently open.

The Bills also pass protect well.

It’s nothing the Dolphins can do to stop Josh , he owns you guys and will continue to dominate you guys !!

I’ll never forget last season. Allen scrambled out of the pocket and J.Baker had him dead in his sights and instead of lighting him up. He preferred to pull up and watch Allen deliver the ball.

It was one of the most pathetic things I’ve ever seen from a starting LB.

Allen is waaaaayyyy too comfortable and confident when he plays the Dolphins. As long as guys like Baker continue to escort him to his preferred throwing spot then we’ll never beat the Bills.

Buffalo is very talented. I have the Bills as the second best team in AFC.

No question, Miami is in the chase mode. But the Dolphins almost beat Buffalo last year with three rookies on the offensive line and a wide receiver group that was generally lacking.

On paper, Miami has improved significantly. Can't wait for the season.

Players are so afraid to hit quarterbacks. I'm sure Flores had words with Baker after that.

No doubt, Miami has to make quarterbacks uncomfortable. Allen had way too much time to throw in both games versus the Dolphins.

That said, I do think the key is being better offensively as others have mentioned. You're not going to beat Buffalo with the wide receiver group Miami had at the end of last season.

It requires a complete team game.

I’m just trolling a tad bit , you guys definitely improved as a team should be two great games this year !

How is simple enough, doing it will not be exactly easy, by can be done.

Simply pressure Allen, don't even have to sack him once, just make him a little nervous, and he is still capable of making bad reads, or throwing unexplainable balls right to the defender.

Though the Bills have talent on defense, Miami showed more defensively, so if Miami D can make Josh uncomfortable, or hearing footsteps, he will make some throws, but he will also make some big mistakes...While Tua does not make those huge mistakes (That horrible multi-INT game Tua had against the Bills in the final game, was just Tua forced to make forced throws to 2nd or 3rd level talent.).

Tua will not help the Bills with mistakes, but Josh will help opponents if pressured enough.

Pressure the QB. Contain him in the pocket while rushing.

I disagree. It’s really hard to contain Allen while rushing him. He’s too slippery.

Teams with a lot of DB depth give him the most trouble. Dropping guys back.

We arnt that far behind them, and considering we were in a rebuild last year and not expecting to win many games with a rookie Qaurterback I'll take it and I feel our future is brighter than Buffalos. Imo
