No one will trade for a probowl center and very good guard if that's what they wanted?, wow.
 
YAYYYYYY!!!!! Then we have zero starts on our offensive line making this offseason a bigger challenge and further hampering our team setting us back even more. Sign me up. :hi5:
 
Only option is to trade him for a pick in the first 3 rounds. Otherwise we have to keep him unless we're forced by the league to do something. We save no money against the cap and then literally have zero OL.

Do you really feel whatever positive that his play on the field is for us outweighs the negative he brings for us by holding drug parties that other players are invited to?

I think Pouncey drags this team down. And honestly, he simply isnt even that good of a lineman. He is way overrated.

Id much rather have an average C who dosent do hard drugs, dosent supply them for the team, encourages his peers to play their best and helps them to do that with his attitude during practices and off the field.
 
If we lose a pick and need a center and rest of the line and get zero for it we suck. That would be laughable by Raider standards.
 
do you realize eveything he has ever done he has done besides this he has done with his brother right by his side? i can tell you that no won up here is crying for pitt to release his brother. your crying about releasing him over this stuff, pitt backed and kept there qb who was accused of alot worse and their considered a top notch organization.

100% agreed.

I give Samson Satele as an example. He wasn't more than average for us at Center but he was OK and sure as hell didn't carry baggage like Pouncey does.
 
Pouncey would be our best guard if in fact he played that position. If you think nobody would take him off our hands I would take that gentlemans bet. He may not be a hall of famer but he's damn good even with that baggage. Do you know Incogs past? More of a DB than Pouncey.
 
It makes no tactical or financial sense to cut or trade Pouncey unless someone offers something huge in return. Is the guy a head case? Maybe, but he plays good football and this is a business. Don't like him? Don't follow him. Bad people who play sports well get lots of chances to play sports for money.
 
Can we extend him now hes cheap? Please?
