Come on. This guy isnt nearly as good as people give him credit for. There are a ton of recievers better then him.

1. Randy Moss
2. Terrel Owens.
3. Hines Ward
4. Torry Holt
5. Marvin Harrison
6. Eric Moulds
7. Anquan Boldin (gonna be incredible)
8. Steve Smith
9. Amani Toomer
10. David Boston
 
So you're saying you wouldn't want the 10th best receiver in the league on your team?
 
well first of all none of those guys in your list are or could be avalible.....second there is no way amani toomer is better than boston...the guy is a pro bowler and has had several 1,000 yard seasons in arizona where he was the ONLY reciever they had....the guy beat out double teams almost every play to get those yards...so no he is not overratted if any reciever out there is overratted it is keyshon johnson.........
 
If Boston's head is on straight, he is right up there with the top three or 4. Runs 4.3's, 4.4's at his size is incredible, can go over the middle and lay teh safety out, LOL! If the restructure is what was reported in another thread, basically teh min with incentives, then I ask you, Why would you not want him and be high on him?
 
WHAT? Are you crazy. I agree with TENN , that he is probably better than Amani Toomer, but name one other reciever on that list he is better then.

I have all the stats to every reciever on that list ...

He has only had ONE 80+ reception season.
 
Hmmm... So on the front page, you start a thread in which you post that Rick has done nothing to warrant anyone trusting his judgment, and now you say Boston is crap.

Where's that ignore feature at?
 
Man whats with all this negativity? Personally with all his problems hes had off the field I wouldnt even put Boston in the top ten recievers list, but the phins are getting him for a low round pick. No matter how miserable you think he is, he provides a threat opposite Chambers that the phins have been sorely lacking. If he gets 50 catches for 500+ yards he will be a vast improvement over anything the phins had last year.
 
You have stats? So? What does that mean? Does that mean they ARE better or that last year they performed better? Everyone here recognizes Boston has baggage, and has not performed on teh field to his abilities, that is why we are getting him cheap. Someone of his talent is cheap because of the baggage, not because he is not good. If Boston is on

Im not saying Spielman has done nothing, but I am saying that you guys trust him like he has gotten you another Marino and another Jerry Rice where that is just not the case.

Im also not saying that Boston is crap. Im just saying he is not in the top 5 list of recievers.
 
Boston is a very good receiver, can be great when healthy...that being said, you must be smoking crack to put him in the Top 5

Those are the 6 best receivers in the NFL, and there isn't another receiver that is close to being with this group.

Boston over HOLT and MOULDS - are you freken joking. Holt has had 4 TIMES the ammount of 80+ reception seasons. He has had 5 straight 1,000 yard seasons. Boston and Holt have been in the league the same ammount of years and Holt has over 100 more receptions.

Moulds. Im not a huge fan, because of the spitting incident, but come on. This guy is way better than Boston. You wanna talk about doing great stuff with bad teams ... he had to deal with FLUTIE, ROB JOHNSON, and TODD COLLINS. How much worse can you get. He has been to the pro-bowl 3 times and has 200 more receptions and 3,000 more yards than Boston.
 
You are abou the only one, unless like someone else said the top ten includes all around person as well as skills. Skills wise, he is top 4.
