I wish you guys would stop complaining about Gordon. Youre killing his trade value. :)

I laid off until he sucked it up in these first two preseason games. That did more to hurt his trade value than we could ever do, unfortunately.

Let's just bring this up to drive home the Gordon point:

R. Williams 6 39 0 13
T. Minor 2 10 0 9
S. Morris 3 10 0 4
L. Gordon 2 1 0 2

One of these players is not like the others. One of these players just doesn't belong.

That was the most hilarious usage of a Sesame Street quote ever! LOL

Wanny, curse the day you and Spielman came to the Phins. It's going to take years to recover from the decimation you cast upon us!

Just think-without those trades we may have had Sage start when Fiedler went out-maybe even (dare I say it) won enough games that (aaaaaaauuuuuuuuuugggggggghhhhhhhh!!!!!) the Wanny and Rick Show was renewed for another season-too late to play what ifs especially with such exciting what's next-better to sing Sesame Street songs like Jimmy James-Nick the Grouch-Cookie Monster Manuel Wright-David Count (the TD's) Boston-Kevin Big Bird Carter (a manster and hopefully worth his huge and infrequently mentioned cap hit).....

You know, what I saw in St. Louis was a RB with some talent.

What I've seen here is a player who seems to be daring Saban to cut him.

i don't get it.

I have trouble blaming Spielman and Wanny. They knew that they have to succeed or they both lose their jobs. So, if you were them you would have done exactly the same, because you do not care about long term effects. The only thing you care about is how you can save your bloody job, regardless how desperate the move you're making is.
So, although I really appreciate Huizenga, he should have never given them the power to do all kind of silly trades after it was already clear that the season was lost and they will be gone.

Jesus. I would so much like to go back and get every god da*n criticism you people threw at me, when I said Gordon was a turd. And that was one of the worst trades ever made. I said that when it happened, not a year later. "F**k Ricky, we need a RB".

See what that need does to ya.... "Oh, Lamar can be an every down back". Bzzzzz, wrong....... Third down back! Thats it! We gave a 3rd, for a third down back. Martz was laughing his a$$ of at us!

Oh ya, it was Wanny, I agree there. But, I just love the fact, I get the best laugh in the end, when you all fried me a year ago. This is GREAT!!!!

Hey, since Wanny liked him, I wonder if the NFL would let us trade him to the University of Pittsburgh. Hmmm, I wonder who they have that Wanny hasn't ruined yet!

Hmmm...

I thought the training camp buzz was that Gordon was looking the best of the RB's?! :D

I heard that buzz from somebody here, and I told him that this would happen. His idea was that Gordon is a big back and that it was really notable that he did well in minicamp because bruisers usually lag there. I told him that Gordon was no bruiser and that he'd fall off once the hitting started.

I think the point was that the Gordon trade was *worse*, and I agree with that premise. Gordon is soft. At least AJ serves as a decent backup.

I agree, saw it after the Chicago game, dude is soft as hell, no heart. How can you be 6 foot plus, 230 plus and not bang out when you run. He hits holes like my 2 year old. Cut this guy please, he's stealing from Wayne.
