They should be able to fire him for job abandonment. But this organization has displayed as being very weak and is too interested in how the media portrays the phins. We are the Raiders of the east. We cant keep nothing in house, all of the companies drama is out in the streets. How I miss the days of Wayne Huizenga, dispite the phins not being successful the organization was still held of high standards around the league. Ross does not know how to run a sports organization. Players are not going to want to play here, because now we have a rep that the Team do not have the players back but only cares about the media. This is a sad state that the dolphins are in.

I would think Ross would watch how Riley runs his team. Regardless of how bad the rumors, Riley keeps everything in house and protects his players and coaches.
