Why isn't P.Manning the QB?

I know Manning's the best QB in the league, but Culpepper's my personal preferrence.

Where's everyone else's team????

nice team!

The O-Line was tough....I tried to keep everyone on the right side....(obviously Pace is better than Gallery) and I hardly scout Right Tackles when watching most games.

I think that Roy Williams is a bit overrated, but other than that it's solid.

I would have put Jenkins and Law on my team, but didn't becasue of injuries.......but I did put Peterson on thee...so I guess I could have included them as well.

i like it but i would have jt, freeny is a little weasel and nxt year people will figure scemes to block his "annoyingness". jt is an all aorund great de. i would also take roy williams and ty law out and put in dawkins and surtain (respectivley). my last change would be peyton at qb.

Culpepper is definately not overrated. People love to say that Moss made him, but take a look at what he did when Moss was injured/out last year....still tore it up. Of course Moss would help any QB, and Culpepper will miss him, but he'll still be all-pro material.

Culpepper is a fantasy QB, he puts up great #s but come crunchtime he is terrible and that was WITH #84. Still tore it up w/o Moss?

Culpepper played in 5 games where Randy was either out or in and hurt and didn't catch a pass. In those 5 games he:

-threw for 183 yds but the D held Ten to 3 points and they won.
-lost to the Giants throwing for 231 yds on 41 attempts and had 2 picks.
-lost at Indy but played well even though nhis yardage #s were down, he was 16 of 19 which is damn good w/ no INTs.
-played well against GB in close loss, threw 4 TDs and 0 INTs
-Medicore against Det but they won, 233 yards and an INt w/ 2 Tds

In those 5 games they played 2 playoff teams and lost to them both, also lost to dreadful Giants playing horribly. Beat Det & Ten. This is not proof he can produce w/o #84.

Show me the big games where daunte played great? He was brutal late in the year the last 2 years and the only reason he made the p;layoffs this year was b/c the NFC was putrid.

Not a bad list. I'd take out the overrated Culpepper and the Dolphins you have on D that are past their primes but other than that it's pretty good.

Culpepper overrated?? :crazy:He is the second best QB in the league only to Manning... He had MVP numbers last year but of course Payton was breakin records. Oh, and Culpepper put up alot of those numbers WITHOUT Randy Moss... (Remember... he got hurt)

Nasty

They lost to Green Bay in a shootout. They lost to a very strong Colts team that played better defense. They lost to the Giants, who despite their final record started out 5-1 and had one of the best gameplans I've seen. Did you see that game? The giants dominated, it was actually taken off the air here in Florida because it wasn't a "competitive game". When a team can shut down an offense like Minny's, it's an accomplishment. The games in which Moss played weren't drastically better, Culpepper may have done better statistically but the team still struggled.

i love ZT, but i would take ray lewis at MLB over ZT anyday

Yeah, so he can make tackles for us 5 yards downfield. I get sooooo annoyed at how just because Ray jumps off the pile and acts like he won the Super Bowl on every single play, people give him credit for a play in which he didn't really have much effect, and the runner still gained yards.

I would take Zach's hard working, textbook approach to the game anyday over Ray Lewis' pep talks and outburst.

Pretty good teams guys...

But I would take Clements or Surtain over anyone who put Champ Bailey there. He wasn't very good last year, he got burned quite a bit.

Champ was a serious liability deep last season, but NO ONE threw against him in the red zone. He just sucked it up over the top.
