Amendola Signing Grade: D+

This happens every year and every year these guys are ridiculed because they essentially predict the phins to suck

We are paying Albert Wilson $7M a year and Danny Amendola $6M+ per year?? Someone needs to take the credit card away from Tannenbaum.

Wilson wasn't even seriously pursued by his former team, and that team needed WR help.

Amendola is going to be 33 this season, has only had 2 seasons out of 9 where he wasn't injured, and has similar YAR to Biran Hartline. This guy catches the ball, then is either out of bounds or on the ground. He couldn't even put up decent numbers with Tom Brady throwing him the ball.

**** our GM.

TBum is obviously confused and thinks that he is playing Madden with the cap turned off

Looking at this Amendola signing a little more closely...

He's been with the Pats since 2013 and has 12 TD catches. Tom Brady has thrown 154 TD passes since 2013.

This is the definition of mediocre. Or worse. Yeah, he's had some good performances in the postseason. Exciting. Oh, and he's smart. I forgot.

He can only get open with pick plays which New England lives off of. Miami either doesn’t do that or can’t do pick plays properly

"Amendola played 49.9 percent of the offensive snaps in 2017, a result of the team losing receiver Julian Edelman to a torn ACL in the preseason and Chris Hogan missing seven regular-season games with a shoulder injury. The Patriots have managed Amendola's health carefully in recent years to preserve him for the homestretch and playoffs, but 2017 required him to take on a larger load, and he responded." I don't like ex-Patriots (except for Curtis Martin). Evans, McGinnest, Welker, Amendola, Harrison, and their former center that is now a tv host.

However, Amendola will arguably get less snaps here in Miami, get good rest in between plays, and hopefully become a 3rd down beast. Just move the chains baby….just move the chains….

The Miami Smurfs starring Grant, Danny, Stills, & Wilson.

He responded?? 61 catches for 650 yards and 2 TDs?

I know that was an ESPN quote, so no offense intended.

14m for these 2 slot WRs....SMFH!

Lord have freaking mercy.

That's the average, yes.

This year's cap hit will be far below $14 million. And by the time the guarantees (which are small) run out, Miami can cut those players with little penalty.
