Fly Rumors, Fly!
It is completely possible this is not a media hype.
Of course, it's like how they were talking up Gerbil Wilson then a week later cut him.. In the week after talking him up they were probably hoping someone would take the bait.If they WERE interested in Marshall wouldn't it make perfect sense to say you "have no interest"? That smacks of smoke to me.

We wouldn't give up a 4th rounder for Santonio Holmes, and you people think we're going to give up a 2nd for Brandon Marshall? Marshall's off field issues make Santonio Holmes look like a model citizen. And Holmes has never had the football related problems like Marshall had when he got suspended for his behavior at practice, or when he got benched for missing his pt appointments before the most important game of the year. Marshall is a train wreck of a person and a major problem in the locker room. There is no chance that the Dolphins have any interest in him.

Seahawks coach Pete Carroll put the ball in the Broncos' court Tuesday when asked about a possible trade for Brandon Marshall.
"We're just kind of waiting and seeing," said Carroll. "We're on alert, watching. It's an interesting situation so we'll just have to wait it out." SI.com's Peter King said Tuesday that one GM not interested in Marshall believes the Broncos can still get a top-35 draft pick in return, which we see as highly optimistic. Seattle's second-round pick is at No. 60 overall.
Why doesn't anyone understand simple concepts? We wouldn't give up a 4th rounder for Santonio Holmes, and you people think we're going to give up a 2nd for Brandon Marshall? Trading Marshall for a 2nd round pick would be a huge move by the team and would really stick it to the Jets.

No. Housh is their only good receiver.Man the Seahawks WR corp is prety good they got TJ Houchz and who do we have noone man we need to be more hungry than them and snatch up Marshall for a 2nd. Instead of spending a first in Bryant to find out he can be a possible bust.
