Bucs fans: Bryant will be in Miami next year

Yeah I very specifically remember reading this, too. I believe that during the season last year when Bryant was excelling, Parcells was sending him congratulatory texts.

Drafting may be the only option. Free agency won't offer much and although I'd like to see them trade for a WR, I don't see them giving up any picks.

It offers Vincent Jackson, Brandon Marshall, Braylon Edwards, and Steve Breaston to go along with Bryant. I fully expect a new CBA, but even if one doesn't get done, I'd gladly give up picks for Jackson, Marshall, or Edwards since they will be RFA's if it's an uncapped year. I still think we should draft a WR like Golden Tate or Lafell in the 2nd round, and there are some good later round prospects as well. As much as I'd love to draft Benn or Bryant in the 1st, I'd only take them if we didn't land a big name WR in FA or through trade. I'd much rather have McClain or Gresham. Of course I wouldn't be mad if we did draft a WR in the 1st at all because there are some good LB free agents as well. Barrett Ruud, Shawne Merriman, Karlos Dansby, DeMeco Ryans, Thomas Davis, Kirk Morrison, D'Qwell Jackson, Keith Bullock, Stephen Tulloch.
