Guys he wasnt hired as the Offensive Line coach but senior offensive assistant.
Think about that.
This is probably the NFL equivalent of a temp job. Dude will probably bust his ass and get reevaluated at the end of the year while we look for better options.

Our OLine coach just resigned for snorting coke and pledging his love to his hooker. This is the definition of desperate hire.

Sometimes desperate hires work.

Not sure if he made any changes, but the line performed well, especially with a back up pivot. I only recall one play where there was a blatant poor line call...the 3rd down at the end of the game where the edge blitzer came unopposed...looks like the line may have shifted to the wrong side.

Running blocking was good and Cutler had decent time in the pocket.
