i was thinking seth mckinney since he is a hall of fame canidate for making the most plays of allowing the deffense to walk all over the offense. or maybe donald lee for his award wining catches or his record breaking penalties. (kidding) i think chambers , zach , tim bowens and sam masision should be nominated.

I've had this discussion a million times. I would want him to retire as a Dolphin and think it's a possibility but he was a Charger for over a decade and played his better years there.

i brought this up awhile back making a case for the marks brothers to get in, with the comparison to swann and stallworth, and how our boys numbers obliterate theres...didnt get a warm reception here like i thought it would

Sore subject I know, but JJ will be in the hall next. More COWBOY than Dolphin but I guess it counts.

Theres no way Seau goes in a dolphin even if we win a super bowl. His history is with the chargers.

He'll go in as a Charger. Not really a true Miami Dolphin because his accomplishments were all in San Diego. He's a California guy through and through.

My vote is for Kooch. He's long overdue. Shoot he should get in just based on his performance in Super Bowl VIII when he tore up the legendary Alan Page with a broken arm. It's a travesty he's not already in. I hear he's been left out because there are some who think that too many Offensive players are in from the Legenday early 70's team. Well thats crap I.M.O. Call it what it was. The greatest interior offensive line of all time. Little, Langer, and Kooch.

    Kooch needs to get in.

    Clayton won't get in.

Art Monk is still waiting, Andre is eligible next year, Irvin is waiting, seems like they take forever to get WRs in.

Mark Clayton is next, but it would be so cool if Duper and Clayton went in at the same year

Why, so you can live in denial that Clayton and Duper are both HOF caliber players?

I'd bet big money neither of them don't get in anytime soon, if at all.

Stallworth is only in because of Swann's speech the year before.

Irvin, Reed, Monk are 3 off the top of my head that should get in before both. I'm sure there's more out there.

Well, I heard Steve Young talk alot more today about his 49ers days than he did his Buccaneer days... so I would be willing to bet he feels he went in representing the 49ers organization.. that's what it's about when entering the haul, who's organization are you representing... and Junior's case, regardless of his accomplisments as a Dolphin, he will representing the Chargers in the Hall of Fame, although, i'll bet he ackowledges Miami, more than young did Tampa Bay. Rightfully so.

Officially players dont go in for a team. Look at the teams section on the hall of fame website, players will be on multiple teams.

Offerdahl was great, but I doubt he makes the Hall. Too many injuries, too short a career.

As stated by others, when a player is inducted, ALL the teams he played for are listed. Who the player chooses to acknowledge in his induction speech is his choice. My guess is that he will spend some time thanking and acknowledging the Phins, but not quite as much as he does the Chargers.

It should be Kooch, if there's any justice.

Seau should absolutely be a first ballot HOF'er when he retires, so he might be next.

Zach and JT both stand a legitimate chance of going, depending now how the rest of their careers go. I don't know that either has done quite enough to be a HOF'er yet.

Clayton and Duper should absolutely be in the HOF and they should go in together, IMHO. But that's just me... :)

JJ will probably make it, but I, for one, don't claim him as a Dolphin.
