The 1st round pick next season is key here. Even if Brady is gone four games and they fall flat out of the gate the Pats can't even tank to get a high draft pick. They are ****ed in 2016 so to me the real punishment here is Brady being gone 2 to 4 games coupled with the loss of the 2016 first rounder, that's huge here. The 4th and 1M out of Kraft's pocket is just icing to me.

I still can't figure how some think there is no wrong doing by the Pats. Brady is guilty and he lied. I think the Deflator will have to put the signed jersey up for auction being that he is out of a job.
