Harbaugh is a horrible choice, has lost his team and got beaten by the Raiders, just doesn't make sense.
On top of this and just as importantly changing to Harbaugh would mean a change to a totally different type of O and D, we would have to replace so much of our personnel. FWIW I would have Philbin for another season, we have quite a few talented assistant coaches and just need more talent at some positions, especially along the oline where just a bit more talent would give Tannehill at least some kind of platform to make plays.
