Good read. I think Beck will need a stay on the bench to develop ala Phillip Rivers. Coming from college to the pros is a transition few make (unless they've ran a pro-style offense in college), and those few are the ones you see succeeding today. For Beck's sake and our sakes, let's hope he gets it.

Well another reason Rivers was on the becnhc was a pro bowl in the making Qb ahead of him.
