Baldy’s breakdown

After watching this video, I can't see how anyone thinks Grier and Flores deserve to be back next season. That o-line is not from the Year #1 tear-down, that is from Year #3 after three off-seasons full of trading, Free Agency, and a ton of draft picks. Everyone knew that they needed to improve the o-line, and this is the end result of three years of work by Grier and Flores.
That has got to be the most maddening thing to read...after 3 years this is the best OL they managed to put together. There are GM's rebuilding entire rosters in 2-3 years and we can't manage to get 5 average starters for the OL.

Baldinger is a smart guy and honest. He was an o-lineman himself and went to Duke. He has had some complimentary clips of the Dolphins but in this one he is rightfully critical across the board.

The mistakes the O linemen are making reflect total lack of preparedness or proper schooling. As Baldy points out, they aren't able to figure out a simple stunt. Jackson frankly looked like a mess. He gets beat off the snap way too often, like he's not ready or alert, he misses his assignments, not to mention his useless penalties (illegal man down the field, etc).

There is no reason that all your WR and TE’s are running the same depth routes. That is just terrible play design.

I noticed this on numerous occasions, and never understood why they were doing that.

We know the line rarely holds up for stretching the field, but it's also very hard to stretch the field when the receivers are all running the same short concept routes.

Couldn't Throw, Couldn't catch. Couldn't Block. Didn't Run. Couldn't Tackle.

Adjusted Poorly.

This was a worse game than the beat down we took at the end of last season because we did it to ourselves.
Couldn’t kick.

Baldy is very fair and very smart. Austin Jackson sucks.

They thought they addressed it w all of the picks they made. Problem is the players all suck.

It really is amazing this team this team has won as much as it has considering how ridiculously bad this line is.

8-9 or 9-8, it doesn't matter. It's still an accomplishment, considering.

This line is THE worst in the league. They do nothing well, except get beat.

If there's anyway to become at least average on the line and to improve against the run defensively and this team can really become a headache for the rest of the league.

But people were proclaiming the OL had a really strong game. I'd hate to see their bad game.
Ya that’s the thing with the tua haters. They also don’t understand the game or they spin it their way

Line played well. Ya. Because we kept extra guys in to block against ****kng 4 people!!!!! Then they had 7 in coverage when we had either two or 3 man routes.

I hope the line could block better when we keep more in to help and they only rush 4 and play coverage with 7

How the hell do people not see or understand that.

Now was tua still bad. Yes.
But we shoulda ran ball more and we shoulda took easy passes or check downs against that coverage.
