Len Pasquerelli is reporting that the 3 judge panel has ruled in favor of the NFL in todays decision.

This impacts not only Maurice Clarette but also Mike Willliams. Who as of now are unavailable for Saturdays draft.

Further appeals are expected.

This sucks. Mike Williams being in the draft would've pushed down another quality reciever to us at #20 :(

Wow, Lee Evans and/or Rashaun Woods just made themselves a ton of money, as round one seems like a definite possibility now.

No... frankly that just blew up some parts of the draft.
The price for trading up JUST GOT EXPENSIVE. M. Williams was a nice buffering zone.
This shift shakes up the TOP 10 and some serious jockeying will now commense.
The SFs and CHIs of the world just got a little richer (pick value).

I bet some FOs are cursing at this exact moment!

PHONES ARE RINGING!

If true, then WR's will be taken quicker. One real good WR taken off the board now, will make teams that want a WR desperate. This is good for us. This way teams may look over Andrews or other good OL... OR if other WR's drop to us, then some team will be desperate to trade for our pick!

I'm surprised by this. Maybe I shouldn't be, though.

I'll have more on this once I hear more and then once I have read the opinion.

Did Mike Williams Hire an agent? If he did he is ineligable for NCAA isn't he?? I know Clarrett had a agent and will be SOL if this stands.
